To get Zapdos go to Vermillion city then go into the underground path then come out of it go up then left to route 11 go once you get out go around the fence into the grass then behind the grass surf on the water go all the way down till you see a the Powerplant go in make your way through and at the end will See Zapdos Save then click A on him and he will battle you. You only get to battle him once so if needed but trie not to use the master ball.

Then go to six island go to the gate to the dotted holes use cut on it walk in go in the hole then go up then left then right then down then go down the ladder and click on the sapphire and a guy comes down and steals the sapphire but gives you the last rocket warehouse password. Go to five island and go to the warehouse and make your way to the guy who stole the sapphire battle him and he'll give you the sapphire.Bring them to Bill and his friend then you can trade with ruby and sapphire!

To get moltres go to Cinnabar Island and unlock 1,2, and 3 islands then go to one island surf on the ocean on the right surf all the way up then go to the top of Mount.ember and moltres will be there click A on him and he will battle you.
